Will be the 2026 updated Design with a Drawer, Will come with a Sinew Puller, A set of Pleating Tools and a Pair of Scissors. Either Teal or Purple depending on stock.

The caddy is
4 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches long.

The puller is 5 1/2 inches long and 3 inches around. Because your puller is made from a stronger material (Petg) It will look slightly different from your Caddy. It will be a bit shiny. 
Your Pleating Tools and your Rod will be made of the same material for a bit of extra strength.
